Please keep in mind that I am an independent stylist. This business is my lively-hood and how I support my family. Thank you so much for your support and understanding. Lets get to it.
Cancellations
Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appt time. Fee for cancellations less than 24 hours is at least 50% of service. No call No show will be charged 100% of scheduled service
Grace Period
I am running a business based on timing. If you are more than 15 min late you may be asked to reschedule.

I also understand that things happen and I may run behind due to unforseen circumstances and will make sure to contact you in ample time to adjust time.
Consulatation Fees
Any Fee collected at consultation appointment will go towards service. If you choose to not book an appointment your fee will be forfeited to Hair by Rachel Alonzo to compensate for time.
